WHAT WE COLLECT
When you visit our store, we automatically collect information about your device — browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on it. As you browse, we collect information about the pages and products you view and how you interact with the site.
When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. We refer to this as Order Information.
When you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
HOW WE USE IT
Order Information is used to fulfil your order — processing payment, arranging shipping, and sending order confirmations and tracking.
We also use it to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and — where you have opted in — send you information about new pieces and the brand.
Device Information helps us screen for risk and improve the site.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We use payment processors to handle transactions, shipping carriers to deliver your order, and email software to send communications you have opted into. Each receives only what they need.
We may disclose information to comply with applicable law or a lawful request.
We do not sell your personal information.
MARKETING
We only email you marketing if you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we honour it immediately.
COOKIES
We use cookies to keep your cart working, understand how the site is used, and — with your consent — for advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
If you visit with a Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out of targeted advertising for that browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@yematofficial.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We keep Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, accounting and reporting obligations.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe, by the service providers listed above.
CHILDREN
Our store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
CHANGES
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or the law. The current version always appears on this page.
