RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging, with the YEMAT™ tag attached and intact. If the tag has been removed or broken, the piece is considered worn and is not eligible.

Return shipping on refunds is paid by the customer. You may use any carrier.

EXCHANGES

30 days from delivery. Free shipping both ways — you pay nothing.

Subject to availability. Same condition requirements as returns.

HOW TO START

Email sales@yematofficial.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

We reply the same day, Monday to Friday, and send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it. If you have not received an approved refund after 15 business days, email sales@yematofficial.com.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email sales@yematofficial.com as soon as it arrives.

We cover return shipping and replace or refund in full. Nothing is charged to you.

NON-RETURNABLE

Gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The condition requirements above still apply.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
