Yemat™ Shipping & Exchange Policy

We offer free worldwide express delivery on all orders, with arrival in 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped via trusted couriers to ensure speed and reliability.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition  unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all packaging included. The original Yemat™ security tag must remain intact; if removed or broken, the garment will be considered worn and ineligible for exchange.

We do not provide refunds. If a different size or style is required, our team will arrange the exchange and cover return shipping costs for approved requests. To begin the process, email sales@yematofficial.com with your order number and exchange details.

Shipping Terms

• Worldwide Express Shipping: Complimentary on all orders (2–3 business days).
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping rates; these are the responsibility of the customer.
